Merit Kensington Hotel - London

All in all everything was very good, had a lovely stay for our recent Wimbledon visit. We liked neat room on the provided photos and efficient staff. The location was marvellous and prime, with Nando's Earl's Court nearby, where we could eat.

The location of the hotel is great. Only a few steps away from the underground station in zone 1. The staff is friendly

For London the price-performance ratio of the hotel is okay.

We had a great time in this small hotel in London. The location was marvellous and fab, for example, Hj Art Gallery was just a short stroll away from the property. The property was set in a great area.

Room was well-equipped and reasonably clean.

A safe, multi-channel television and a refrigerator in the room, excellent and perfect location...

The staff was very nice.

It could be renovated a bit, but otherwise it was good.

The air conditioning system lacks control, frustrating!!! Shared bathrooms felt uncomfortable due to a lack of privacy, and the limited toiletries left much to be desired!!!

Clean and impressive room, everything was very easy. Informative staff onsite. Its excellent service. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The location BRILLIANT and amazing close to buses etc. Also - next to Over/Under Coffee Shop.

The building condition is mediocre, but the hotel is clean. Breakfast includes eggs, toast, jam, milk and cornflakes.

The hotel was avery comfy and tidy choice for my city adventures, although some noise from neighboring rooms could be improved.

I disliked everything about the hotel.

1 Rooms cramped and old. Bedding more suited to a dog house. 2 Looks as if never painted in 100 years. 3 Room Toliets so small could not use. Also leaked and cramped. 4 Breakfast nothing good at all to say. Better in a war camp im sure. 5 Shower well what can I say .Instructions for use. Leave cold tap running for 3 minutes before turning on shower. Pressure of shower same as milk from a babys bottle. 6 Mind head signs, torn carpet, no card facilities and billing not right. 7 Booking .com payments were did they go. Cant believe this hotel .Faulty Towers 5 star compared to this.

Great location, with all transports near. You can be at London center in 15min.

The room included a desk, electric kettle, tv, fridge, and private bathroom with shampoo and body soap. The beds were comfy with clean sheets and linens. Location was great, just a short walk to Earl's Court station for easy tube access. Breakfast was simple but sufficient, offering toast and eggs. The staff were super friendly and ready to help.

Excellent location, very close to Earls Court. Friendly, helpful staff and excellent value for money considering the convenient location. Will book again.
